SOLANO LAFCO ANNOUNCES COUNTYWIDE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OVERSIGHT BOARD SPECIAL DISTRICT SEAT ELECTION RESULTS

H. Lee Tedder, Chair, Vacaville-Elmira Cemetery District, has been elected the Special District member for the Countywide Redevelopment Oversight Board. Voting procedures and results were confirmed by John H. Gardner, Solano County Assistant Registrar of Voters. The Countywide Redevelopment Oversight Board, the consolidation of former redevelopment agencies (RDAs), was created with Senate Bill 107 and is effective July 1, 2018. The California Health and Safety Code limits eligibility on the Countywide RDA Oversight Board to those independent special districts that have territory in the jurisdiction of a former RDA and are eligible to receive property tax residual for the Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund (RPTTF).
